Hotel Skogar is situated at Skogar, near the Skogarfoss waterfall under the east Eyjafjöll mountains in the Rangarvellir district in South Iceland.

From May 1 to September 21 we are open 24 hrs per day; seven days a week and welcome foreign and Icelandic guests. From Sept. 22 to April 30 the Skogar Hotel is open mainly for organised groups and societies.

Hotel Skogar offers 12 cozy rooms; one triple, one single and 10 double rooms. We pride ourselves in friendly service and comfortable facilities.  Up to 26 guests can be accommodated in the hotel and we offer facilities for a similar number of campers in the nearby hostel.
All hotel rooms are furnished to a high standard, and offer the use of a dressing gown. Room service for breakfast can be arranged. From the garden you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Eyjafjöll glacier and the famous Skogarfoss waterfall or you can take a relaxing dip in the outdoor hot tub and sauna.
